The UK Pensions Awards are one of the pension industry’s most prestigious accolades and in just a few days, the nominees will know their fate as the winners of the 23rd UK Pension Awards will be announced.
20-20 Trustees’ Managing Director Naomi L’Estrange joined her colleague Trustee Director Nadeem Ladha as members of the 60+ strong judging panel responsible for analysing entries across a staggering 39 categories, all of which recognise excellence across the pension sector.
The award categories are open to advisers, providers and investment managers that demonstrate the highest level of innovation, performance and service to pensions schemes and their members.
Innovation focuses on new services that have been launched and their success. Performance analyses not just success over the last year but how it is benchmarked against industry peers while service scrutinises added value to clients and whether this is effective.
In 2019, 20-20 Trustees were delighted to win the Independent Trustee of the Year Award and we are delighted that once again we are in a shortlist of five finalists. It’s both exciting and nerve-wracking and, we do, of course, wish all of teams shortlisted across all categories the best of luck.
In the meantime, we all have to wait for the announcements to be made at a virtual award ceremony on 7 October. Wish us luck!
