Ben Salmons

Ben joined 20-20 Trustees in June 2021 and is based in South Yorkshire.

He began his career at Capita working as part of the pensions administration team, before joining the actuarial team at Broadstone. It’s here he spent the last 7 years as an actuarial consultant; undertaking actuarial valuations, factor reviews, accounting disclosures, member calculations, trustee meetings and other actuarial work.

Ben has experience beyond actuarial work and has been actively involved in investment consulting, defined contribution (DC), scheme secretarial, member clinics and employee engagement.

As well as being well organised, Ben is hardworking and loves helping people to find solutions and understand potentially complex situations.

Outside of work Ben’s interests include music, sport and spending time with his wife and daughter.
