One Team

With a workforce of over 60 people spread across the United Kingdom, we take pride in our culture of collaboration, that runs throughout the team, regardless of any distance that may separate us.

We catch up regularly in person in our local offices, and also try and get the whole team together bi-annually. We also book in monthly video calls; getting everyone together for business round-ups with our Managing Director, Naomi L’Estrange.

Dates for Your Diary

We run a social calendar for the team, including regular coffee mornings, art and photography events, Pilate lessons and ‘Fizz Fridays’.

We’re big fans of talent, with our dedicated People Strategy Committee, ready to help guide you on your career path, alongside our excellent mentoring programmes; accelerating your path to greatness! For any budding Trustees, we’ll even pay for your APPT and PMI qualifications!

Giving Back to the Community

It’s not all about us. We’re also quite a giving bunch, so are regularly fundraising and volunteering for different good causes. One of our more recent charity days saw us given a day off by the company, to help plant trees for Plantlife: The Wild Plant Conservation Charity.
