As part of the day’s agenda, Naomi joined special guests Fred Berry (Lead Investment Consultant at The Pensions Regulator), and Emily McGuire (Investment Partner at Isio) for a closing panel discussion on how to define and measure success for your pension schemes.

The discussion was also covered in Pensions Expert, with Fred Berry suggesting that industry “groupthink” may have played a part in creating the conditions for the liquidity crisis which engulfed defined benefit pension schemes in the autumn.
