20-20 Trustees Sign Scams Pledge

We take pension scams very seriously, which is why we have joined over 500 organisations in the industry, by signing The Pension Regulator’s (TPR) pledge to combat pension scams. It’s our way of making sure we’re doing everything we can to look after our scheme members.

As part of the pledge, we’re ensuring that:

  • All our Trustee Directors and Trustee Consultants complete the Scams module of TPR’s Trustee toolkit;
  • There is regular training on scams for everyone in our team;
  • We engage with scheme administrators to encourage them to also sign the pledge; and
  • Have processes in place to identify and avoid scams which are in line with the PSIG Code of Good Practice – the gold standard for protecting savers.
