20-20 appoints Mandy Kaur-Sadler

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mandy Kaur-Sadler who joins 20-20 Trustees this week as an Associate Director.

Mandy is a qualified lawyer, a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and brings a wealth of legal experience to the team. Mandy spent the past ten years as a Senior Pensions Lawyer at Eversheds Sutherland’s midlands pensions practice.

During her time with Eversheds Sutherland, Mandy specialised in advising Trustee Boards and corporate clients in the public and private sector on a number of areas, including:

  • regulatory, compliance and governance matters
  • scheme advisory work
  • large scheme projects such as liability management exercises, buy-ins/buy-outs, scheme mergers and scheme closure exercises
  • advising on pension aspects of corporate transactions
  • dispute resolution (including IDRP complaints and litigious claims)
  • advising on pension aspects of outsourcing projects

Managing Director Naomi L’Estrange commented “It’s great that we can continue to grow the team with people that fit our dynamic and pragmatic approach to trusteeship, as well as bringing a wealth of knowledge across a range of pensions issues. At a time of great change in the pensions industry, we’re delighted to bring Mandy on board to help our clients navigate the pensions landscape and deliver the best possible outcomes for all parties involved”.

Mandy’s broad experience has meant she is adept at identifying and implementing innovative solutions across both defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) schemes ranging from £5 million to multi-billion pound arrangements.

Mandy will be based out of our Birmingham office but will work with our clients across the UK. We are excited to see the value that her commercial and legal acumen, as well as pragmatic approach to trusteeship, will bring to our clients.
